+ It is stylish, easy to use and the internet comes in very handy at times. I enjoy everything about this phone and am so happy I purchased it. Also I do enjoy the blackberry messanger service.

- The only negative thing I can think of is the sycranisation with other devices it is such a pain when you have to follow so many steps each time you want to use bluetooth.

+ I'v found my new blackberry phone to be easy to use and very high quality which was welcome as i have had problems with phones from more established makers.

- The battery life is rather short if you use the holster provided with the phone.

+ Nearly everything is good about this phone! Beautiful to look at and easy to use. Excellent sound.

- Not great battery life but obviously depends on what you have been doing.
Irritating that you can only access internet when you can access wireless; you can't go on the internet when you are in your car in the middle of nowhere like I could with all my other phones.

+ Great phone, applications are brilliant, easy to use, has many different functions, can receive emails direct to handset. Looks good. Blackberry messenger is just brilliant, can talk to fellow Blackberry owners for free instantly!!

- Bluetooth can be a pain, having to activate it each time you want to receive something. Thought you could just simply have it on or off, but you can't. Qwerty can be very hard to get used to, but once used to it, its good
