If you want a Blackberry for personal use then this is a great phone. Nice keyboard, improved trackball (better than the original curve and the bold) nice size handset.
-
No 3G is an issue if you want to use your handset for things like google maps and the internet. Also if an email includes photos or is in html then because there is no 3G it takes an age to download.

The first mobile that I've owned that doesn't annoy the hell out of me.
It doesn't crash or freeze. Everything just works.
The screen is gorgeous.
It's a beautiful piece of design as well.
This is my first Blackberry but not my last.

I got a curve - it worked brilliantly for 10 days (maybe less! ) and then the screen when blank - it has been over a month and I still haven't had it replaced by vodaphone! I was told that I would be phoned back today to get it replaced and nobody phoned me back. I used to be with vodaphone - I came back because of the blackberry curve - but in 3 years I can see the service hasn't improved!

This is the first Blackberry I have owned, being a Sony Erricson fan previously, but I found this to be easy to navigate and simple to use. The Screen is great, and the keyboard amazingly simple to adapt to. The email set up was very easy and I managed to work this out without having to read any guides or manuals. I've also found this very good for Music and Media, and with the Blackberry Desktop software, everything has been simple to manage from my handset to my desktop.
-
Being honest there is nothing I have been disappointed with yet, but I've only had it for 6 weeks now so I will see how things go. I had to purchase a full bodied case as although the sleeve provided is good quality and stylish, it does not offer full protection to the handset if dropped.
