Good points:: Good overall package - quality phone at affordable price.
Bad points:: Sensitivity and position of 'auto voice dial key' on side of phone leads to regular accidental activation when simply handling or picking the phone up. Just about bearable as its such a great feature.

Good points:: I bought the phone for two reasons: (a) I can use it in overseas countries where other UK mobile phones can't be used. However, it's not perfect as it can't be used in Cape Verde, and (b) it has functionality that I'm looking for i.e. e-mail; mobile phone; small enough to put in my pocket - albeit that a number of other suppliers provide phones with these characteristics.
Bad points:: The cost. I believe the entire UK mobile phone market is rigged and that mobile phones should be a fraction of the price they are. I believe it's only a question of time until vastly cheaper suppliers break into the market and drive prices down e.g. skype phones (which are virtually free) or third world suppliers (mobile phones in India cost a fraction of UK ones).
