Good points:: Replaced old Bissell with this new pro-heat and what a difference the constant heat makes, has brought up all the carpets like new no mean feat with two young boys in the house no hesitation in recommending.

Good points:: Easy to follow assembly instructions
Very easy to use
Extremely effective and doesn't leave carpet etc wet.
