+ overall the product is very good. It picks up more dirt and hair than any other cleaner that I've used before.
Really like the turbo brush of rugs curtains and the sofa. very easy to empty and clean the filter.

- It is a little heavy and loud

+ The suction and what it picks up from the carpet is amazing. Even after vacuuming with another model first it picked up loads more from the carpet.

- The turbo brush and stair cleaner can be difficult to get off and on the machine but once off they work fantastically well.

+ Very good cleaning power

- Noisy and slightly heavy to use

+ It removes pet hair and is easy to empty.

- The whole thing is very big and heavy. the pipes are not easy to use on stairs and attachments pop off the pipe. Do not let it get over half full else it will not empty cleanly.

+ It does what it says and that is picks up pet hair better than any other hoover I have used. It doesn't need a lot of pushing as the power seems to help push it along without much effort from the user.

- A little bit heavier than average hoovers. The container could do with being a bit larger - if you have a dog like mine that loses hair a lot you do have to empty a lot when hoovering the whole house (but the way it picks up compensates for this)
