- Good points:
- Bought for elderly lady of 96 with poor hearing. Sound in handset is good and pretty loud. Sound of ringtone needs to be good and loud; otherwise she does not hear it ringing. In fact it is pretty good and she does hear it above the noise of the tv which she has on at a fairly loud level. So, very good purchase.
- Bad points:
- User has no use for the answer phone, which is thus switched off. However, it has proved impossible to programme it to ring for more than 14 rings. After 14 rings an automatic voice tells the caller that the call cannot be taken and please to call back later. Would be better if it could be left to ring and ring - like all ordinary phones did in the good old days.
