- Phone book does not automatically relay to other extensions, hence each number/name combination has to be entered three times. Call log of calls made fails to operate properly, with only the last number dialled retained. When deleting messages left on the answerphone facility, all messages are deleted instead of the message playing at the time. Sound quality on the remote extensions is poor. In other words - don't waste your money on this item!

Score 8.0/10+ It's light & Neat, but have found the receiver on the main Telephone falls off so I have had to use the hook that you need to use when attaching to the wall for the receiver to be able to stay on . Apart from that I am very pleased with the product for the Price Tag.

Includes a base station that is always on IE can't run out of batteries and leave you without a phone.
Answerphone is good, if basic.
The portable handsets are nice and weighty, if you like that.

Handsets look a bit dated and primitive.
There is no backlight on the portable handsets, and this really annoys.
