+ It stopped my laptop from overheating which was a pain when i was working for more than an hour on my laptop

- None so far

+ cheap and lightweight fan is really good can feel it all around the unit

- a little bit small for the average laptop but it is only a minor point as my laptop sits overhangs and this helps with cooling

+ The product is virtually faultless really. The design is brilliant. You can either have it raised on a flat surface with the legs pulled down or you can close them up and have it on your lap. Its great non slip rubber edges ensure you feel safe having your laptop on it and it wont slide off. And as it plugs in via a usb cable you can take it out if you feel you need to so easily and it requires no batteries for the fan and has only one small lead which is the usb connector. Its great.

- Only one small thing, the legs on the underside of it, if you have it on your lap you have to close them up as they dig in your legs otherwise but other than that its a great product and definite value for money. This was the reason I gave the product a 9 for design.

- Raises the laptop too much. Could be quieter and bigger, my 15" laptop only just fits

- makes a lot of noise if not cleaned out on a regular basis

+ light and does not take up much room does stop laptop from over heating

- no extra usb ports and fan wings can break off easy

+ does the job its meant to.keeps nootbook nice and cool

- needs to be wider.

usb cable/connection needs to be longer

+ supports pc well, low noise fan(getting less as more turbines break off!!!)

- turbine fins break off too easily.....back to the drawing board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ Powerful fan keeps the laptop cool

- Pullout foot uncomfortable - needs flat surface rather than lap!

- The usb cable is a bit short.

+ Sleek design and light weight.

- Extremely delicate and very flimsy fan blades. Its been barely 2 months and some of the blades have already broken leaving my laptop hot by the end of the day. Have to be very careful when handling.

+ I just want to say ,that the Notebook Cool is perfect for my usage,(I am a Dj & sometimes have some long functions which may need the laptop to be on for long periods ,so to know that If I do get any problems with my system,it wont be because its overheated. It certainly is value for money without a doubt & I would recommend it to anyone who uses a laptop but doesn't have much space to work.Well worth it.

- The design suits my laptop,though which it was available in Black but the only other drawback is the stand is not as good as I was expecting(I wanted something more sturdy).Though let me emphasise,it has not broken,bent or malfunctioned in any way,I was just expecting better.So maybe when the next version comes out,they can look to improve that.

+ Looks good

- The hinged leg(s) have a rubber strip on them which stick to the surface on which it is placed. The trouble is that, if the laptop is moved, the leg "closes" and the laptop with the base drops down. On two occasions this meant that the flimsy fan blades broke, rendering the cooling mechanism useless.

+ light weight, handy for laptop ventilation and a good design ...

- din't really looked like a product with bad points but the fan started to make noise after about 2 weeks use ...the fan of the stand began to touch the inside of the stand ...

+ Small & light, does a great job & good value

- Sometimes, but not always carries on working after computer has been switched off a while so needs to be disconnected
