+ Full wash is very slow compared with old washer but may be average of models available at present

- Noisy fast spin

+ Quick wash is very handy and used all the time except for heavily soiled garments.

- High RPM does give a higher noise output than previous 1200 RPM machine.

- Cycle times are quite long, takes quite a long time if you just want to spin something off.

+ With the fast spin the clothes come out quite dry, with less time to dry.

- 2.45mins for a normal 40 wash. It takes ages just to do 2 loads. No good for busy mums who only want to do the washing on weekends.

- some wash cycles are really long, I mostly use the 30 minute wash.

+ The machine is very easy to use. It has enough programs to do all I need it to do, and let's face it, most of us buy machines with forty two different programs then only use four of them at most ! It tells you how much time is remaining on each wash with a clear digital display and has good access for loading/unloading. If looks are important to you, then this machine is spot on. The silver version (which I have) is a bit 'glittery' rather than 'stainless' looking, but I love the way it looks. Frankly, I was a little reticent about not buying a big name German brand like Bosch, but I needn't have worried. Apart from the 'Beko' name on the front, you would easily mistake it for a machine at three times the price. I haven't noticed it to be excessively noisy, but mine is on a solid floor. I would recommend this model to anyone, and I am NOT an easy person to please !!

+ Does exactly what I bough it for, efficiently and economically. I particularly like the 30 min cycle for lightly soiled small loads.

- ot of the cyces are very long but i us it on a 30 min wash and then back into rinse and spin making it 30 plus 23 mins which is acceptable-i wash aout 3 loads each day and find it is the best machine i have had in the past 20 years
