+ i love the delay facility as it allows me to set the machine,go to bed and in the morning my washing is done.

- the drum is a bit on th small side for a family wash and it can get a bit confusing for my husband setting the programmes!

- It sometimes froths up inside even using smaller amounts of detergent than recommended...this results when first starting to go thru rinse cycle as the rinse water is adding to froth in m/c causes froth to come out of addition compartment....we are expt with using less press in water and less detergent....we have read all the trouble shooting page....

- only bad point no cold wash. it would have been nice to have a heater elment off button and do cold washes on slightly soiled washing however no one else does this yet.

+ The price was excellent compared to other (especially silver) models. The clothes come out clean and almost dry on the 1200 spin. The delay cycle feature is excellent. Its quiet even on the spin cycle and it looks nice! Overall an excellent buy that I would happily recommend.

+ Not a bad washing machine for it's price. The delayed timer settings are very usefull. The machine is quite quiet. The settings are easy to use as I would just normally leave them on their current settings and repeat the last wash. The colour fits in well with the kitchen.

+ Washes and spins well. It is useful to be able to switch it off, when there's not too much water in, open the door and re-place the wash powder tablets to the back of the tub. It will then re-start where it had left off.

- All cycles take far too long, probably because it is cold fill only. Would rather have hot & cold fill - in my situation it would work out more economical. There doesn't appear to be any sort of 'quick-wash'. Far too many cycles - most users would really only need four at the most. When using wash powder tablets they tend to get thrown to the front and rest inside the door. The drawer for the powder does not pull out far enough to tip soap powder in from certain types of packets, therefore spilling powder on to the floor.

- Takes a long time to complete an everyday cycle. 40 degree cotton wash takes approx 2 hours.
Slightly smaller drum than the average washing machine so if you have large family you cannot complete in 2 loads.

+ Simple to use and the motor is fairly quiet. The best I could afford at the time after looking at the reviews on it. It does the job, and that's all I could ask after being without one at all for 3 weeks!

- Drum seems very small compaired to my last machine! I dont think I could possibly get a single duvet washed in it, and although it says 1400 spin on it, my last machine was a 1200 and I got much drier results, so a little disappointed with that. The pump is a little bit noisy on the pump-out cycles also.

+ Although basic this machine does everything I wanted. You can use the quick wash cycle and then add an extra rinse as the quick wash is only 2 rinses.

- A little noisy and there is a click you can hear when the drum reverses but you get used to that. Sometimes there is powder residue left in the drawer but I put this down to the cold water fill (my other machines have always been hot and cold) If the drawer is wiped dry this doesnt happen.
