- Clothes came out very clean. Not noisy, so cycle length not an issue. As only 48cm fits perfectly into kitchen. Easy to install myself. Very pleased and have already recommended to friends.

- Good points:
- Easy to use, quick wash is excellent very quiet compared to my old one, good value for money.
- Bad points:
- Arrived with a faulty door, phoned customer services at Beko, assistant was very rude and abrupt hanged up before conversation was over so I rang the service line and they were very helpful and came out the next day. New part was ordered and replaced within a week. Need to improve their customer services department.
