Score 8.0/10+ I didn't want lot's of complicated features that nobody really uses just a basic washer with a short wash and a hand wash at the cheapest price. For me fewer gadgets means less to go wrong. For this it gets 10/10.
- No problem's to speak of. Some of the cycle times are long but most of the time i only do one wash a day so this doesn't matter for me. It may bother people who are waiting for the first load to finish so they can get a second in.

Score 8.0/10+ The product is easy to move around as it is not too heavy. It is easy to use and is presumably energy efficient. The price, for me, was essential as my old machine broke irreparably down just as I was made redundant in my job and had no money. And the new one is roughly what one can expect for the price.
- The machine is too poorly equipped to fit in every kitchen, or bathroom, or utility room. The used water hose is too short: I had to use part of my old one to make up the length. The same is the case with the water intake hose: I had to buy a new one and attch it to the machine instead of the one supplied with it. The factory seal on the hot water inlet on the back plate of the machine was not waterproof, so I had to re-seal it with strong insulating tape to prevent a small but permanent trickle. There is no way of finding out how much of any washing cycle has been completed and how much is yet to run: the programme selector on my old machine moved forward to indicate that. The spin and the end share a light: if the machine has to stop because of poorly adjusted weight, there is no way of telling if it has finished or just paused.
