Good points:: Loads of cycles to chose from, which is ideal with children in the house! Had no problems with it, very reliable washing machine and would definitely buy it again!
Bad points:: Is abit noisy but close the kitchen door and your fine!
Also if u start a cycle then need to stop straight away as you forgot to put something in the washing machine, or you chose wrong cycle. it will let you stop but when you turn it on again you have to continue with cycle chosen last before selecting a new one.
