+ It does what I need it to do and it has adjustable racks to cope with large dinner plates. Cleaning performance is excellent.

- I would prefer door design to be flat rather than curved.

+ Very easy to operate. Good adjustable racks. Gives excellent results even on quick wash. Would recommend this dishwasher to a friend.

- Sometimes if the machine has not dissolved all of the dishwashing tablet. At the end of the programme because the detergent compartment opens automatically, residue tablet can fall onto the clean dishes, which is a little annoying but not really a problem.

- Bit basic in build quality. Upper tray is difficult to load cups and glasses in as the surface is not flat.
Layout on bottom tray means plates don't fit along the back as cutlery holder gets in the way.
Our knif handles are too big to fit in the individual compartments on the cutlery holder. Water left on top of mugs and glasses on the quicker wash cycles.

+ This dishwasher is great value for money and washes really well. It only has 3 programmes but that is all I need.

- The design of the top basket is very poor, very difficult to make wine glasses stand up and some taller glasses won't fit in at all. Also drying is not very efficient, but you get what you pay for and it washes really well.

+ seems excellent value for money. not having bought a machine before i didn't know what to look for really as my first one was a gift and very old so had no real features, so this one was a natural improvement. the quick wash does almost all my needs, although i do prepare some dishes by rinsing them if a bit too messy. but probably worthwhile compared to the next option. a good buy for the cheap end of the market and certainly adequate for all your needs with a hot wash available too for really bad loads. i like the fold-downable plate racks when washing large heavy pots eg.

- however i wished i'd spent a little more to get more programmes - the quick wash is the only one i want to use as it's 35mins compared to 2.5 hrs the next one up (so called 'economy' - swizz name tempts when buying)! some of my glasses don't stand up so well because the basket is so slanted (tall and thin tumblers), but maybe this angle is necessary for the best wash?

+ For the price this is the best machine there is. We have has BOSCH, Hotpoint, Zanussi over the years and none can compare with this machine.
Loading is easy and the wash cycles are the best. Everything comes out sparkling clean, even getting residues off from the previous machine. Don't waste money on any expensive machine as this is fare better.

+ OTHER THAN THE COMMENT BELOW I AM VERY HAPPY ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE MACHINE AND AM VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW GOOD IT IS, PARTICULARLY FOR THE PRICE PAID. I DO NOT THINK I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER RESULTS FROM THE MORE EXPENSIVE BRANDS.

- ONLY BAD POINT (IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT) IS THAT THE PROGRAM KNOB DOES NOT PUSH IN FLUSH WITH THE CONTROL PANEL WHEN NOT IN USE.

- If i had to be really picky, there is no way of telling how far into the wash cycle you are, and when you close the door it doesn't click shut so it feels as if it is not closed properly, even though it is. Despite this i would highly recommend buying this product if you are looking for an affordable dishwasher.

+ I like the fact that the back of the bottom tray flattens for pots and large dishes, etc and the upper tray has rests that can be moved up or down depending on hight of glad

- It doesn't indicate when it needs so salt so you have to remember to refill it yourself.
It doesn't fry plastics and some glass very well.
It has a very large dial which sticks out and I have banged myself on a few times.

+ The top tray has sections that fold down - in all other machines these are at a fixed position, but in the BEKO you can adjust them up and down to suit the size of item and it fyou don't want to use them you can leave them folded up and the draw will still go in to the machine. In other makes you can't do this. Again on bottom tray you can fold the dish racks flat so you can put large items in without breaking the spokes.

- Slightly difficult to set the salt/softener setting - not convinced I got mine right.
Materials do feel a bit flimsy.

+ Cheap to buy and simple to use. Top comes off to install beneath work surface. Has all the features of much more expensive EU brands (this is Turkish). Miinimal use of packaging - quite green.

- Plate racks are badly designed for large plates, too close together. It would be better if salt levels and rinse aid levels were shown on front of machine as warning lights.

+ I had a whirlpool dishwasher for many years before purchasing the Beko dishwasher and I have to say that I rate it better than the Whirlpool. The trays for putting the dishes into are deeper and therefore can take pots and pans with ease. It cleans things very well even on the economy wash cycle. I'd definately recommend this to a friend.

- It is quite a bit noisier than the whirlpool (it sounds like the water being thrown against the door of the dishwasher). It doesn't dry the dishes very well but just leave the door open for 10 minutes and this solves that problem.

+ The cup trays on the top shelf move up and down depending on the size of cup/mug you place in the tray. The bottom shelf is excellent if you have very large plates and the cutlery tray has a removable top if your knives and forks do not fit through the gaps.

+ Great value for money. The trays for cups/mugs tilt back so you don't have the mugs swimming with water when you unload.

- No timer. We have economy 7 so it's sensible to put electrics on after midnight. We'll have to invest in a plug-in timer!
The holes in the cutlery basket are far too small. I wish I'd hung on to my old Zanussi basket which was better.

+ Gives a good wash , quiet in use and compared to many others is excellent value for money. Haven't had it long but am impressed.

So far so good, very happy with my purchase hope it lasts a good while too and the motor doesnt burn out two days after the warranty runs out which is my only concern, cheap doesnt nessicarily mean long term efficiency and value for mone, only time will tell...
