Good points:: it's great that i can now have a dryer in the kitchen when i couldn't before because i didn't have an outlet for the hose. i love that it senses when the clothes are dry. that feature alone must save me loads on the electricity bill.
Bad points:: it does get the kitchen fairly steamy and I don't use it if i'm in the same room on a very hot day.

Good points:: Ease of use, the water tank is on the top, it has a light inside the drum. Liked it that much, we bought another one for our daughter.

Vented dryers have a hose which transfers the waste, damp air out of the machine and through a hole in the wall or a window to the outside. They are less expensive than condenser machines but the hose means they need to be placed by an outside wall. Condenser machines collect the excess water within the machine which can then be emptied after use. They therefore do not need a hose and can be placed anywhere in the house.
