Good points:: I absolutely love this dishwasher! the rapid cycle (35 mins) is what I use every day, as it gets my pots clean. I do of course get rid of any residue particles of food off the plates etc first before loading, (but this is how you avoid food drying on the plates throughout the day and being difficult to remove.) It is quick, and quiet. Other people have commented on water being on the tops of cups etc on the top shelf - this is because there is a rim around the bottom of most cups and mugs that naturally creates a pool - however this is minimul, and I doubt there is any dishwasher that could avoid this problem.
