Beko CDA653F Reviews: Frost Free, Tall, Multi fridge freezer

+ The Freezer is a great size. The water dispenser is also a good point.

- The size capacity of the Fridge is a bit too small, I'm finding that I have to sqeeze things under the wine/drinks rack for that extra space. Plus every time you open the fridge door you get a gurgling of water going through the fridge which sounds like a magnifyed persons hungry belly when they are hungry.

- Although the fridge freezer is large, the inner capacity is quite small. The wine rack takes up a lot of space and won't hold normal bottles. If it is removed there are hardly any shelves left. The egg rack on the door is so high I cannot reach it.

+ brilliant family size fridge and decent size freezer, water dispenser is fantastic and is not a one minute wonder in our house kids love using it and drink much more water than they did before. It is brilliant as they can get themselves a drink with no fear of the fridge door being left open! Plenty of shelf space and good light - cannot fault it a really good buy.

+ Bigger than I thought it would be, good value for money. Ice tray is a useful addition, and both the fridge and freezer have very good capacity.

- was very difficult to change the door side over, the screw holes had been filled with insulation. Also a little noisier than I would like.

- i found that if i put large bottles of juice or fizzy in it it was difficult to shut the door i had to make sure they are at either edge of the fridge

+ excellent at keeping salad fresh and vegatables fresh longer than my other fridge did am very happy with the product

- freezer drawers not quite as deep or as long as had wanted, difficult to store pk18 buns in it or more than one loaf in bottom drawer, but otherwise am happy with it, now i am used to what i can actually fit in it.

- Had to reverse doors due to shape of my kitchen, seemed easy enough when reading instructions but my partner was there for just under two hours!

- interior design poor, little storage capacity, self defrost but always seems to be very wet, not anywhere as good as our previous fridge Samsung)

- The Water dispenser opening is a little small and thus can only take a smaller glass. The Shelf layout is not ideal

- The shelving in the fridge compartment could be better designed so that all the shelves are the maximum size from front to back and doing away with the small storage in the door and just have the water container and storage for a couple of large bottles of milk and perhaps a few beer cans as most of the small items stored in the door can be accomodated on the shelves

+ I have found my fridge freezer to be a very good buy. It was value for money and it has plenty of space both in the freezer and the fridge. The water dispenser my son thinks is great and it has encouraged him to drink more water and not fruit juices.

+ Nice size, looks good and stylish. Having ice cold water on tap is great and ice cubes freeze sooooo quick! Other reviews say it's noisy but other than the odd wirring noises I don't think so! :)

- Think a man must have designed the shelving layout - takes some getting used to and moving items around to make the best use of the shelves. The 2 sliding door pocket boxes are a complete waste of time, and it may have been better to squeeze in another door shelf instead.
Maybe because my old fridge/freezer lasted for 16 years I have been too set in my ways - hope this one lasts at least half as long!
