Came with adapter for VESA 200x100 (as well as VESA 100x100).
Tilt and swivel works well.

- Bad points:
- One of the screws broke as I was screwing it into the wall. The holes on the device did not line-up with the standard holes on the tv. You have to take the device off the TV if you want to change the tilt angle as it will not this, unlike a lot more exspensive models.
