B-Tech BT7504 Reviews: Silver TV Stand for TVs

+ The B-tech BT7504 was just what I was looking for. I wanted a television stand that allowed for the utmost customisation. Being height adjustable and on castors, I was able to create the ideal viewing environment. The castors are lockable and have a soft plastic coating preventing them from marking high polished surfaces. The mounting plate comes in two pieces so allows you to set the viewing height of the television before mounting of the actual television. Every aspect of this stand is nicely finished and met my exact requirement.

- The only element of this trolley that I don't make use of is the cable management system. With two oval holes (one at the top and one at the bottom of the polished tube) to allow the cables to run down through the stand the positioning of said holes means that excessive lengths of expensive cables need to be used in order to make use of this feature (however, depends on the actual mounted height of the television).

- Bit low and a lot of assembly required. Seems expensive for what it is although other similar products are even more expensive.

Stability, very stable and not likely to flip over like other products we tried in the past.
Looks very smart we well.

+ Good looking, robust and stable. Well designed and made from good materials, with one area for improvement.

- The cable management ports are just too small to put a standard SCART connector through...and the inside of each port needs de-burring with a file to prevent abrasion of cables and cut fingers. 10 minute job.

- Doesn't balance very well. Seems as though it could easily topple over!

+ Very well made, attractive stand - in use at foot of bed to hold lcd tv with video sender and media streamer on the optional glass shelf. Locking wheels keep in safely in position but it can be wheeled about when the floor needs hoovering, bed needs remaking etc.

- none - perhaps a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
