- could do with being a bit louder,some of the ringtones are not very loud.

- Sound quality of handset is very bad. A lot of hissing during calls. No back light when phone rings, yet caller display still is shown. Dont understand the point of this when you cant see the display.

Have difficulty reading info on screen.
Haven't found a quick way of finding name of person (in memory) to call except by going through the alphabet which is a little frustrating in view of above bad point (difficulty in reading info on screen).
Hopefully with use will be a little bit happier than at present.
