Smart looking, well built feels strong and well manufactured no squeaky or flexible plastic construction here. Comes with neat velour type protective case to prevent scratches etc.
Preinstalled with full version of Windows XP Home, not cut down or Linux OS as on some other notebooks.
Despite small size, screen is clear and easy to read; (small tip here, enable the Windows "auto hide taskbar" feature - right click taskbar select properties and put tick in appropriate box. This lowers taskbar when not in use and gives more screen area, makes a big difference) Also try using 'F11' key as this enlarges window on some progs such as Internet Explorer.
Battery life seems excellent so far, in excess of 4 hours with plenty still remaining.
Keyboard is almost full size and easy to use, only difference is number pad is missing but this is no big deal and soon get used to it.
-
The touch pad is tricky to master, requires very light touch to move pointer around and is easy to press slightly too hard and inadvertantly 'click' on the wrong part, irritating. Conversely the 'buttons' on touch pad are quite heavy and require substantial pressure to activate making it a steep learning curve to master both the above, however best solution I've found is to purchase a 'mini' mouse with retracting cord designed for notebooks, this works instantly on plugging in (USB) not requiring the use of enclosed CD software to be installed which is just as well as of course there is no CD drive!

Excellent product. Good Battery life, as expected. More than generous capacity on the 80GB Hard Drive. If more is required, then easily expanded with a USB Hard Drive, or the SDHC card slot. I have already attached an external USB DVDRW Drive, which was simple. Keyboard is easily useable, one of my fears was it would be too small to use properly, not the case. Windows could boot up a little faster, but my priority was to have a decent capacity machine, while still being small and light, not necessarily the fastest machine.
-
Supplied AntiVirus software could be better, and battery power level indicator disappeared from Windows Taskbar, but has now returned, for the moment.

Excellent value. 200 euros including delivery amazing. Excellent as a netbook and for use with all office applications. Also had no bothers running DOS games!!!! The SD slot is really handy and was very useful for holidays as could easily transfer all photos and videos to free space on memory card.
-
No CD drive, but I dont really use it anyway and the SD slot and USB ports more than make up for it. Isn't the most powerful machine in the world and can be slow enough when transferring large video files.

Installed Norton so now it's good re Security. (Had anti virus I hadn't heard of and so didn't trust!). Great little notebook for my son - small, compact and very portable....only problem is I WANT ONE!!!! (Keep borrowing his whenever possible)
Wish it had Office on it - but apparently there's a way round this via Google (there's no CD Drive) Haven't had time to check yet.
-
No CD Drive - although what can you expect if you want compactness? Programmes can always be copied onto USB's and then added that way.

A very neat and stylish design with just the right amount of features, for a small keyboard it is clear and relatively easy to use even for a someone like me with large hands. Very good quality screen which is bright and clear and an easy to use scratch pad, I don't even bother with a travel mouse anymore. Very light to carry about it has never failed to find and log onto public WIFI outlets quickly and easily. Battery life is quite simply amazing, this is coming from someone who used to have top of the range Toshiba Portege. If like me you want a small light portable for use when away from home this sub notebook is hard to beat at any price.

Has a tendency to lock up sometimes when aroused from sleep mode but not enough to spoil the overall reliability and pleasure of ownership.

its got the features that are all necessary and I would stay its capacity beats some of the desktop computers by far!
i'm a computer smart ass and am satisfied with this miniature product.. just mind blowing and convinient to use for all my computer needs..
-
when the laptop has stayed on for a while.. it gets hot and the metal bit where you press to click becomes hot..
so then sumtimes i use an external mouse.. but overall the product is lovely..works very fast n best value for money and definitely will be a returning customer and I do recommend your website..

Excellent product. Performance and capacity limited by its size but far better than that of similarly sized notebooks. This computer can function perfectly well for normal applications, including playing music, and is ideal for internet access. Perfect as a portable laptop for travel. The lack of a CD drive as not a problem if you have access to another computer with a drive. You can then use a USB flash drive to load software or music onto the notebook.

Very convenient for travelling, does exactly what it advertises, great for surfing the net when someone else in the household is on the main computer. Ideal for taking abroad to keep in touch and check flight details. Very satisfied with its performance. Exellent condition, prompt service.
-
Ocassionally it is a bit slow on responding to the keypad but that may be that I'm just impatient.

The screen is small, but obviously this adds to the smallness, lightness and cheapness!

Really pleased with this netbook. Had never bought refurbished electronic goods before but would certainly buy them again. Does all basic requirements and easy to set up,
Really good value especially with the 2 cases (one soft case and padded case) provided as well.
