Bought for my 12 year old son for birthday / xmas and he highly recommends it - it sleeps when he does and that's about all it has!
He especially likes the layout of the keys and of course the "beats" audio!

- Good points:

After a short while you'd forget that you're using a net book and not a notebook. The keyboard feels comfortable and the keys fit the fingers without making one feel clumsy. Screen is generous if you don't mind the extra scrolling, which becomes second nature anyhow. Processor is more than adequate, hard disk is sufficient for most computing tasks. You get quiet a lot for the price. Lots of connections. USB, ethernet, vga etc.. unlike the ipads.
Portable - even Ryanair would allow you to take it as hand luggage without charging you!! Still getting used to it but I can take it wherever I go without feeling that I've been carrying a brick in my brief case. - Bad points:
- Battery life is closer to the 60% claimed although this is much longer than any notebook I've used. The finish is prone to finger smudges. The standard 1Gb ram is a joke. I upgraded it to the max 2Gb before I even first booted. Quality of screen could be improved but this justifies the price tag and makes accessible to those of us with a limited budget.

- Good points:
- It's just good overall netbook.
- Bad points:
- Comes with Win Starter, which is pretty lame. But if you want to install Ubuntu for example you need to think carefully what partitions to keep, as there's the recovery, express gateway and 2 Windows partitions (C:\ & D:\). Also not sure how Super Hybrid Engine, SHE, will work in Ubuntu. Should be fine.
