+ Lovely little miniature desktop! I particularly wanted the familiarity of Windows XP and software. It has a good display and it's so, so convenient to use. I feel confident using it to take notes in a meeting and view relevant documents without having to hunt for power outlets - battery life is a real plus. I have also noticed that the battery does not deplete so quickly (compared with my laptop) when it's not in use. Also pleased we went with a hard disk version as I've installed my favourite applications including antivirus and firewall with no problems at all. A great netbook which has been the envy of many who have seen it in action.
- Can't really think of any - I did extensive research before buying this model.

+ Extremely well-powered for a netbook and keyboard good size and well made.
- Slightly heavier than your average netbook, but that's what you sacrifice for battery life.

+ This brand of linux fits me just fine. Batteries last really long.
- Had to rearrange system directories (put some on the other disk), as the root device would fill up from asus updates, and possible other installations.
