Good points:: Portability and ease of use. I like the Qwerty kewboard
Bad points:: There is a slight problem with my model in that the latch will not fully engage when the tablet is mounted on the keyboard.

Good points:: Price is competitive against other iPad/tablet.
Bad points:: Paper manual and e-manual are useless. Instruction is not comprehensive. It doesn't give you the most basic guidance, e.g. how to save a webpage and other issues. I had to ask my son to help me, he agreed with my comments. Asus can't expect every buyer to have help when needed.
I nearly return the TF201Transformer Pad.

Good points:: Fast, cheap, lots of storage, does exactly what you want!
Bad points:: Touchscreen stopped working once, which took a lot of reboots to fix - this is a known issue with Asus
