Score 7.0/10If you read a lot at night you will be happy of the extreme sensitive backlight
With backlight at minimum you can still read well and the battery lasts over ten hours(I reached 17 hours with the wifi switched off )
To see in daylight you need backlight at maximum level but still you can read.
Firmware not very responsive (and WITHOUT ROOT ACCESS).
Resistive touchscreen... responsive but not the best for such a device
The two hardware buttons work only with the default e-reader application (a good application indeed but I prefer Aldiko that has better backlight support).
Runs Android 2.1 and so no flash support (maybe it should be possible to have it rooting the device)
Please, consider that there are unofficial firmwares on the web that are said to improve a lot the device and to give root access but still I did not tryed them so I cannot say anything about.
