- The only bad point is, the amount of battery life..... it could ideally do with more.

+ simply amazing, the best thing i have bought in a long time, would have no problem in recommending this to everyone. Well done apple is all i can say! Love the features, the ease in which i or anyone can use it and it simple interface. Love the wifi connection, saves me tonnes of time and bother all the time.

+ User interface on ipod

- Dreadful itunes software. Everything is virtual rubbish. There is no recognition of the ipod on explorer and hence no copy/paste or drag/drop. You dont know what the itunes software is doing when you plug the ipod in. It took about 2 hours to work out how to download a tune, as the ipod is only visible as a device through itunes temporarily. You have to close and then reopen the itunes software in order to see it. The documentation is rubbish. Downloading a tune does not appear anywhere, its all synchronization whatever that is. This has got to be the most un user friendly software I have ever used.
