+ The sound and picture quality are both first class as is the ease of downloading tunes and videos

- I use it at the gym a lot and it is hard to navigate through the songs when your fingers are sweaty!!!
Also the battery lie is quite short.

- Only charges via USB not firewire which we didn't realise at the time. This made the existing speaker docking station unusable as a charger (although it obviously still worked as a speaker). Ended up having to buy a separate docking charger to connect to the speakers which added to the (already high) cost.

+ A great piece of kit. Very slim, very fashionable, very hi-tech. This is the epitome of cutting edge, you impress yourself and others with the kool operation of this item.

- The thing seems very delicate and i wouldnt like to drop this thing. The only limitation i find is that there is not enough memory. I know people will say that 16GB is more than enough, but if ur a movie buff like me and like to upload clips, movies and videos, then this item is very easy to fill up.

- I don't have a home computer! Too much faffing about to try and get music on it. I thought it'd be like buying a mobile phone..didn't realise that I'd have to download some sort of package before I could start putting music on it. Also I thought it had a radio in it...turns out you have to download that too. Still only managed to download 10 songs...takes ages. I thought I could put all my CD's on to it...will have to wait until I get a home pc to try to figure out how to do that...ahhh technology wonderful isn't it!!

+ Great functionality and really easy to use. I've got my whole music library on here so can use this in my iPod dock, car, anywhere in the house that has a radio all playing the same music. Going to get a surround sound system to give it absolute power and sound quality!!

- I can see how i would have loved this as an iPhone, but there are just too many glitches with the iPhone to get one yet, I'll wait for the 2nd phase iPhone.

- It was very difficult to download it would be much better with a disc provided You can't read emails whilst travelling around.I really objected to having to buy a cover when it should be included because is essential to stop it fron being scratch, Over all I found it was not that good

- Itunes software is not the easiest software to use, especially when trying to download files from the computers to the iPod.

+ battery life suffers with extensive use but then again so does everything it's no worse than you would expect in all fairness, the handset is amazing though it really is far much more than the classic or iPod nano I was comparing it against

+ This is a truly first class product. On syncing with itunes, I was able to transfer all my bookmarks onto Safari, and and set-up my Outlook Express emails. It connected straight away to my wireless router. Web sites and emails both work well. The screen is superb, and the sound is richer and louder then the Nano. Videos and photos are look fantastic. I thoroughly recommend it, and although it may appear expensive, you get a lot of goodies for your money.

- None really, but one word of warning. Battery drain is high when connected wirelessly. Switch wireless off when not in use. And when finished always turn off by the top sleep button, or battery will drain fast.

+ This was a present for my 13 year old son, who downloads music, revision help for homework in Spanish and French, can access the internet really quickly, send messages via it. He absolutely loves it and I must admit it looks very easy to use, compact and lightweight, so am now considering buying one myself.

- You can only use Internet when your near wifi, wish it had some way of subscribing to something for Internet access. I know that's what the I phone does but I don't want it as a phone.

+ the wireless feature is great to use as a laptop. while u have wireless working use itunes and download music direct. easy to add music and get a fm sender and it hooks up to any stereo so no need for cd's.

- have to register it to get going, then update and about 40 mins later u can play with it. but it worth the wait.
