+ Extremely sml which can be clipped on while exercising. Also while exercising does not jump like a cd player would. Can be used on the trains and is sml enough to be placed in a top pocket.

- Not supplied with itunes sorftware, which is the biggest letdown. So you can't just play with it out of the box. With the 2gb verson I got, I wondered, why can't the software for the PC just be on its memory in the first place with the option of deleting it once its installed?

+ This product was for my boyfriend for valentines day. He is a music producer and MC, with a group of friends, and required someting easy to use and carry about and this was perfect. He has already go over 30 albums on his.

- When we first connected it to the computer there was an issue with getting the full list of tunes, on our i-tunes, to show; so, selecting specific tracks and albums was very difficult. I'm not sure if that was an issue with the shuffel itself or the i-tunes, but it took getting three of his mates round to work it out. Basically there were not detailed enough instructions of use provided.
