+ Excellent well packaged little device. The shake-to-shuffle feature is nice, as is the rotating screen. As with previous ipods it worked straight out of the box with no messing around, got the latest version of itunes from the web, then all my songs were on the ipod within about 20 mins.

- The headphones included aren't the best, they keep falling out of my ears when running.

- You need the new adapters as not suitable for some docking stations etc

+ Great to use - so many colours as well. I got great value I thought, it comes with a pair of headphones too so no need to buy your own - may suggest it though as these are quite big. Great value, great choice, fantastic features and great make - all you could want.

- Only bad point is that for songs you have to download ITunes, which is quite a good program but for having a slow computer took me along time to do!

- cannot be charged from normal dock stations that charge other ipods - apple trying to screw money from the customer - not good

+ Its stylish, easy to use, highly protable and has excellent sound quality - which you need from your music player. Its graphics are good too.

- It scrathes easily and cases for it obviously blockout all the nano's colour (which is part of its appeal) as well as being expensive to buy - thats if you can find them!

+ This was purchased for my sons 9th birthday and he loves the fact that it holds so many songs. It is easy for him to use and is very hard wearing.

- It is very hard to control as it seems to scroll quickly

+ bought this for my husband for christmas and he uses it when out training. He loves it and finds it very easy to use.. The sound quality is great, he loves the touch sensative controls. I would recomend this ipod nano to anyone.

+ I bought this for my husband a year after he bought one fo rme and the changes are amazing. The screen has improved, the games are much better and the design a lot sleeker. It's excellent sound and picture quality are the best points.

+ Exactly met my requirements. A massive library of 1300 of my 'all time' favourite music is now at immediately at hand and around 4Gb of storage is still available to add photographs and video.

- Slightly disappointed that the supplied earphones are not sealed to prevent music being heard by others in a quiet room.

- Downloading so that you can start to use it was not easy, I am not computer illiterate but I had to get my daughter to sort it out, 2hrs later, she completed it. Instruction were poor, not user friendly in parts, why can't it be put in simple step by step process.
