- You can't upload the music you already have on your ipod on to itunes, it clears each time you sync. So if you are on someone elses itunes you will lose your original songs.

+ It's small, and easy to use, with great sound quality, and holds so much data. Everyone who loves music should own one. I also think it's a great price! I don't get to say that very often with other electronical items.

- I don't have easy access to my computer so updating my playlists, and deleting is hassle for me, but other then that I don't have any bad points.

+ Just absolutely fantastic, so easy to use with excellent sound quality. Can be used with everything.

You are able to get a whole load of music on this little player, I don't see a reason to buy an ipod touch unless you go for the larger capacity models.

- The hold switch isn't as accessible and must be bought with some sort of case to avoid inevitable damage without.

- Did go a bit weird after 4 weeks and i had to rest it on line

- Battery cuts out without warning. Perhaps advanced warning when battery is low?

+ Stylish, ease of use with click wheel. the way itunes works so easily with it. Great battery life, and great sound.

- The headphones are not great, and break very easily, you have to get a case for it as it does get covered in fingerprints and becomes mucky.

+ Lightweight, easy to use and has large storage capacity. Once combined with an FM trasmitter, this then becomes a one stop hold for all our music that can be accessed and played at any time through any radio that receives FM.

- It would be good if it came with its own protective cover, even if this was just a cheap sleeve, instead of having to purchase one separately.

+ Perfection in design. It dies eveerything in a very neat package. I can't praise it highly enough.

- No manual - I've bought the "Missing Manual" series, which is excellent.
I think I'm correct in saying I an only create one shuffle playlist. I'd like 2, for a big birthday party soon, one for dancing & one for background. Oh well...

- The only thing I had problems with was I didn't know what to do on i tunes with regards to downloading software to enable me to save music to my ipod - had to ask a work colleague

- The product is fine i just find it confusing when i'm downloading from itunes. Simplified navigation would be better. Often get frustrated when compiling albums.

+ I really like the fact that you are able to watch films on the ipod, the memory is good, and the design makes it look good and it's lightweight.

- I don't think there are many bad points, however when I first got the ipod I noticed I had to restart it a few times, but now, a few months later, the ipod is working fine.

+ Great product and when teamed with a Bose Sound dock becomes the best stero I've ever heard.

- For us silver surfers it took a little while to understand how to use it.

- Not really that many functions compared with other players..too fiddly to operate...difficult to operate certain functions..only plays music from itunes or from your own collection and not from downloaded mp3's....
