+ Bought for my husband for Xmas present. He uses it all the time when jogging and doing his gym exercises. Very good value for money as he is getting so much use out of it. Great compact design and used it with an armband, which he loves!

- Not a lot of explanation of how to use in packaging. Had to ask younger family members on how to start using! But once we worked it out, no problem now.

- I would like the volume to go abit higher and having a radio on the ipod would make it all the better product.

- We are having huge difficulty finding downloadable movies to watch on it. Apple make it sound really easy to do this but it definitely is not!

+ Not complicated to use not bulky very lightweight and small doesnt take room up in handbags or pockets yet packs a powerfully loud volume awsome as you only expect this from larger audio systems speakers really stunning music videos just like watching a mini television. This is a fantastic way of carrying your entire favourite collection of music
cds after transferring them easily onto the ipod enjoy in privacy with the earphones or watch / play with a speakers / docking station the ipod video nano is pure genius i love it and wouldnt be without mine and would highly recommend Apple ipod nano to all.

+ The product is very nice to look at and it is small enough to carry round and fit in your pocket. The sound quality is good and the battery life is quite long. I also like the display on the screen and the fact that I am able to view videos. The picture quality is also good.

- It should have more options and also it should come with a clip to attach to us.

+ The Ipod is easy to use and understand, even for my 10 year old son.

- It took a little while to work out how to download the songs, but once you've got the hang of it it was easy.

- The itunes program is quite confusing to start off with. And, my ipod regularly freezes and wont turn off/play music. You have to wait for the battery to run down, recharge it and then turn back on... then it works fine.
