+ stunning to look at and to use... makes me wonder why i bothered with PC's for all those years!! The Apple software package is brilliant and you don't really need to add anything for most day to day usage.

- only down side i can think of is that the screen is very reflective and you can struggle in bright lights to view the images clearly... not a problem for me as i have it set up in an environment with little back lighting.

+ Superb Design, Vivid Screen, New Slim and Narrow keyboard.

- None really, though it would have been nice if Apple included a Firewire 400 adaptor as the machine only has a Firewire 800 port.

+ Stylish, boot up and shut down almost instantaneous, applications launch very quickly. Great overall user experience. Like fact that I don't need to install drivers when attaching a new device, camera etc. Love the bluetooth feature for getting/sending pics from phone.

- Came out of the box with two minor, minor chips along the edge of the monitor, and there is a slight indentation in the base of the mac which looks to be due to the manufacturing process.

+ So much faster than windows, and when you switch it on from new it boots straight away and takes you through the registration process. Quality of images etc and screen quality is absolutely perfect much better than standard windows products/screens.
