Good points:: I like the expanse of screen and the overall quality. It was very straightforward to set up and took only a few moments.
Bad points:: What I find very irritating, and would stop me from buying this product again is this.

1) The touch buttons on the side of the monitor are not backlit, this is very frustrating when working in a partially lit enviroment (which I do)...I keep on hitting the wrong button, and then need to try again.

2) But this is the most annoying of all. When pressing, let's say the menu button, and you are trying to decide which option you want to go for, the whole menu goes off screen after a few seconds, and you have to start the whole process all over again. I don't want this kind of time pressure. What I want is the menu to stay on screen until I decide to close it, that way I'm not under pressure to make quick choices and many times I've had to alter because of the menu going off if you haven't pressed an option within the specified time.

Because of this, I have not really set my monitor as I would like to in case I have to revisit and change (again) settings, that's if I can remember which options I selected in the first place.
