- very occasionally the wand doesn't work & I have to get up top and give the metal rod a shove back in to place.

Good to have photos on how to install blinds but should also be accompanied by written instructions
Unable to cut to fit inside of window - far too long. Company should consider selling 160 or 165 length as well
