+ this phone is lightweight and easy to use. there are not a lot of features to confuse you. on screen instructions are very clear. very good as a first phone

- the volume isn't very loud and when its windy your voice is distorted to the other caller

+ Quite large, easy to read and manage keypad, suitable for very young and the elderly users, or other people with bad eyesight.

- Don't like the cover on the charger dock, it is bound to fall off eventually! None of the more expensive features of course.
