- Seems to be software problem. Directory entries only registered if in group eg personal. Texts go to everyone in group whether you select 1 person or not. Costs me x5 (total in my directory) if I text seeking no. from directory.

- Good points:
- For it's money it's a great little phone! Makes an ideal first time phone with the emailing facility being so easy to use. The QWERTY keypad is easy to use, the keys are sturdy and responsive. The size is ideal. Small enough to slip into a pocket. Bought this for my 10 year old and expected to keep hearing 'Mum ...... how do I? .....' but haven't had that once so the instruction book is obviously straightforward too! This little phone will stand up next to any Blackberry and hold its own.

- When receiving a call from the person on this phone, it's not always as clear as it could be.

- Loved the phone and the keyboard although very small. Did not take long to work out how to use it previously had samsung phone. I think its excellent value for money and I am really pleased.
