Madden, Mansfield “Loaded bachellor pad”
No score given+ Multi room audio capabilities. I have four of these and each one connects to active 2.1 computer speakers. This give me very cheap music all around the house and will be expanded in the future. Cant get it to wirelessly print but not tried any problem solving. Audio is what I bought these for and it does it very very well with no delays or echos. Makes a mockery of the hard wired system I installed at great expense in to my home.,
- Runs hot, cant get it to wirelessly print but i ve not tried any problem solving

Score 8.0/10+ Simple to set up, reliable, nice integration with iTunes for playing music wirelessly, suitable for home and small business environments, especially where you have more than one unit and move between coverage.
- Lack of advanced controls over radio settings and encryption options. Admin limited to software utility - would rather have cli and web-based interface.

Expert reviews for Airport Express Base Station 802.11n
TechRadar expert review
With very little fanfare, Apple finally upgraded the last of its WiFi products still to be using 802.11g to the faster and wider-coverage standard, 802.11n. Actually, 802.11g is still technically the current standard, as 802.11n is yet to be formally ratified, but it's sufficiently well developed that we're comfortable recommending it; in any case, the firmware is upgradeable, so when the standard is finally agreed on, full compliance should only be a download away.Apart from the upgrade to 802.11n, nothing has changed that we can see, but that doesn't mean it isn't a welcome revision.…

Like the Express Base Station of old, the updated Apple wireless access point and router for Windows and OS X PCs includes a 10/100Base-T ethernet port, a USB port for attaching a remote printer, and an audio-output jack.

Pocket Lint expert review
With so many of us signing up to the MP3 phenomenon, Apple is hoping to allow you to make use of your MP3 tracks stuck on your computer in the spare room and give you the ability to listen to them on a hi-fi anywhere in the house. The AirPort Express with AirTunes not only allows you to wireless transmit your songs from your PC or Mac to your hi-fi, but also offers wireless printing and a wireless network all for a device that’s no bigger than a power adapter...

Apple\'s AirPort Express is a portable wireless router, which is handy if you want wireless internet access in places that lack it, such as hotel rooms.
