- Very good, clear sound quality.
- Bad points:
- As I am very deaf, I have to wear BOE aids. The ear pads supplied with the headset do not fully cover the hearing aid receiver and so it takes a little while to adjust their positioning to find the best possible connection. It would be more beneficial for people with hearing problems if a larger ear pad was available.

- Very comfortable to use for long phone calls, Very lightweight and easy to use.
- Bad points:
- The only bad thing is that they are really quiet, could do with a volume booster, When I use mine I have to close my window and door so to block out any external noise.
