+ Overall good value for money, given that it was a refurbished PC. Fitting a graphics card was simple to do and resulted in a very fast PC.
Some useful software, but as most is time limited it adds little value overall.

- Very average integrated graphics meant a dedicated graphics card needed to be bought and fitted as well.
Case gives easy access, but is of poor quality. Slide up front and DVD covers do not feel solidly built and are likely to break.

- It was difficult to fix the printer, I couldn`t fix the printer, I`d to take the printer into one of your shop to get it fixed. They couldn`t fix it , they had to refund me the money for the printer.

- Drive bays not easily accessible for fitting additional drives - but few people will need to do this.

- i am a little dissapionted with this being a duel core i find it a little slow

+ generally easy to install, good value for money good computer for someone wanting internet/film/file business- dont use it for any game, but thats lifestyle. Value for money and not brand important.

- Vista set up is for children but almost unusable: Could do without the Techguys stuff completely:
Tried using Internet Explorer but it froze lots and took 60- 90 seconds to exit. Have reverted to Firefox.
All problems are software related : The hardware is very good could just do with faster graphics.

- Would have liked a DVD re-writer so that I could burn dvd's this only had a CD writer but for the price it was not bad.

- Was advertised as 500G but you only get 455G, then its only 365G after all operating systems loaded. Think should be listed as actual momory you get to use!

+ Fast reasonably priced machine, that works straight from the box. Also plenty of room for possible upgrading.

- The only minor downside is that it is not as quiet as it could be.

+ Can't be beaten for value, the processor, if bought as a one-off is nearly as expensive as the whole working machine.

+ Speed and performance good. Graphics and sound OK.

- Very difficult (well impossible so far!) to add new graphics card/other hardware due to inablity to switch off the the onboard graphics!. No product code for MS Office application so can't register it and use it (would have expected this even with a reconditioned machine).

+ The machine is just what I wanted and needed. It is fast and efficient with no problems at all. The tower also looks aesthetically pleasing.

- I paid someone to set everything up and he couldn't get me on to the internet because the network card was broken. He used something he had with him like an adapter (the cable from the router fitted into this) which fitted into the back of the computer and I am still using this.

+ Very fast machine, at a reasonable price.

- Windows Vista was corrupt when machine arrived (would not let you install ANY software, including Anti Virus). Fortunately, I reloaded Vista, and machine ran perfectly. Not very good if you don't know what you are doing.
PC has a relatively noisy fan, and very little software (especially as any software preinstalled was lost following reinstallation of Vista).
