Good points:: Good Laptop, no actual problem with using or starting up, very user friendly. Take some time getting used to certain hot keys such as switching on wireless connection, connecting laptop to a projecter or lcd tv. It would have helped to have some sort of leaflets outlining the basic of hot keys as I understand that it's pretty much standard on most laptops.
Bad points:: Lack of software and did not want to spend extra, so ended up using open source products which surprisely worked very well!

Good points:: None
Bad points:: Terrible battery life. I couldn't take it downstairs or in the garden without the battery running out after 20 - 30 minutes! It was pointless buying it.

Bad durability - I ended up barely ever using it and in just 1 and 1/2 years time the hindges which hold the screen up are broke so I can't close it to put it in its bag!
