Good points:: Nice laptop - already had one (bought for my son) so was happy to recommend this (bought on behalf of my father). Looks good and works well, and great value - have no complaints whatsoever with it being reconditioned.
Bad points:: Struggling with sleep function (can't reawaken it easily), and battery life's not fantastic, but to be honest I've never found one that holds charge for more than an hour!
