+ good looks, plenty of ram, large hard drive, web cam

- intergrated graphics, would prefer dedicated for the spec of the laptop

+ Very easy to use

- battery does not last long at all i tend to leave it plugged in save loosing my work

+ Excellent design and screen size and quality is very good. I haven't used the webcam but the wireless capability is first rate. The memory size is outstanding and certainly the best in its range. It has delivered more than I expected from such a competitively priced laptop - well worth the money!

- Battery life is ok, but could be better. The CD drive feels slightly flimsy.

+ 4gb Ram makes it useable for all applications

- Too many stickers on the laptop that leave a residue when removed!

+ price for spec is excellent battery life not the greatest of course, like almost everyone i know, the insistence to include Vista as the O/S is awful

+ Excellent components on the initial package. Only thing I had to purchase was norton office and Word package for home/student use. Has good memory and was very easy to set ;up and connect to wirless. No re going over old ground to ensure that everything was working correctly (not like certain previous computers I have had in the past which have been a nightmare to set up)

- Quite heavy and the mouse is a bit unsteady.. Otherwise, nothing else at present.

- sensor pad is annoying, not easy to sroll up and down as u please and highlighting u have to double click at times and sometimes in then unhighlight.

+ Excellent spec for the money, super performance. Instructions on how to create back up disks when first turned on which is ideal for numpties.

+ Superb performance. No problems with anything. Wireless internet works brilliantly.

- THe built in speakers are not very good, but i guess that's the same with all laptops. Similarly battery life is nothing special, again smae with all laptops though.

+ My laptop was very fast at loading, however I bought the same one for my daughter but that one took forever to load up.

- the airing vents are in an awkward place for people like us who use it for DJ work, it thens to over heat.
Also on mine the casing on the hinging has already come of :(
