+ Alot Faster than My Old PC

- Windows Vista Could Not Load Microsoft Money 2004 & Apples Quick time Player

+ it was a reasonably priced pc with at least on paper twice the capability of my old pc, compact with many usb ports gives a great deal of flexability

- it came with windows Vista, which is appalling, vista alone takes 33% of the computers resources just to run making it no faster than my old pc thereforethe pc was a complete waste of money, windows 7 is just as poor and resource hungry vista so there is no point performing a so called upgrade, and as you dont supply windows O/S disks with a pc anymore i cant get rid of vista and install XP pro, nor have i been able to get any kind of tech backup without it ending up costing me more than the damn pc in the long run

+ Arrived ready for use, in perfect condition and very easy to start staight away. Powerful small pc that fits easily on to desktop. Powerful performance for a excellent price.

- Would be nice to come with more software options. Windows 7 was released following week and should have been option to purchase at reduced price.

+ Good spec for price . High performance setup.

- Keyboard had fault. No OS CD or any software bundled. No firewire port.
DVD drive is sensitive to DVD and CD makes ie doesn't like my new DVD-R or CD blank disks - rejects some ok with others (would DVD +R be better?)
Documentation of insides non-existent so difficukt to know what to buy to addon eg firewire. As mini-pc more difficult to source and install internal add-ons as std kit won't fit ?

+ Reasonably easy to set up, although I was connecting to an existing wireless network and email account. Take care not to set up features you don't want later because then you cannot disable them.

- Comes with a lot of Acer stuff which I am not interested in. Check that software you want to load is compatible with Vista before loading.

+ - small and compact.
- very powerful and lots of hard-drive space.
- plenty of easily accessible ports, frontal USB ports and audio jack (perfect for when I want to plug my headset in as I don't have to mess around at the back to disconnect my speakers).

- - power button takes a bit of getting used to, it feels a bit fragile.
- vertical CD drawer takes some getting used to also.
