ACER X1160 DLP PROJECTOR

+ Excellent picture, even with the lights on the picture is acceptable. I did think that at this end of the price range I might be disappointed but I am not, it is a good product. We watch sky movies downloaded to the pc and the quality is excellent.

- I can't think of any bad points, it does make a bit of noise but no more than my PC and as it is ceiling mounted and we have surround sound I don't notice the fan noise much at all.

+ Good value projector, small and compact with great image quality and perfect for turning your living room into a mini cinema.

- Although bulb life is up to 4000 hours it would appear a replacement bulb would cost almost as much as the complete unit cost new

+ All of the above ratings questions makes a value for money product.

- well for me what i found dissapointing is that the projection size cannot be significantly altered without moving the
projector back. Less it can and i just havent sussed this out yet.

+ Cheap and cheerful. Does what you'd expect for the money you've paid for it. Good enough for watching movies and playing the Wii on a widescreen!

+ An excellent projector which we had up and running in minutes. The picture quality is brilliant. The fan is a little noisy but as this is our first projector we're not sure if it's more so than other models. A very good buy.

+ Really good image, easy to use, looks good, and if your wanting something for watching movies or playing games then this is defo's the product for you. Obviously you can buy more expensive models for better quality etc, but to be honest unless your really picky, you can't tell the difference. I recommend installing music visualisations onto your computer to play through it for a real ambient experience. Over all, really pleased with this product, excellent value for money.

- Not really many bad points, apart form the fan makes a slight noise, but when you've got a movie on, or music on, you can't hear it anyway. It's not too much to annoy you basically.
