Good points:: The product has a good configuration for a not so expensive price.
Bad points:: The Keyboard is too sensitive. The keyboard has to be strong as it is the part whch has a lot of contact with the user. One of my keyboard key 'A' has started giving problems.

Good points:: Number pad. big screen.could use my existing Vista packages.
Bad points:: Hate finger pad, would much prefer some sort of "roller ball" to move curser instead of having to plug in mouse all the time.Would prefer a paper opperating manuel.
