+ For basic applications this product has that basic ability to perform

- Speed and functions are very basic and slow.

+ neat light weight machine

- setting up and connecting to existing internet provider

+ the design of the laptop is nice

- windows vista ran very slowly on this laptop

+ light design - good video, lots of mod cons

- have had to send mine back twice - once because the keyboard was falling apart and then the hard drive failed!!! very dissapointed with this product

+ High spec for the money, including Vista Home Basic and wireless connectivity (though had to update the driver before it would work properly). Zips along nicely and invaluable second computer.

- i had it 2 days and the mouse pad broke and when i took it back 3 other people had the same problem and i was spoken to like a piece of dirt

+ Looks good, lightweight, exceptional battery life, very fast

- wireless networking didn't work at first, had to completely re-install all the drivers, still was extremely difficult to set up, bluetooth has never worked, drivers for bluetooth don't work. Monitor picture pale and washed out. Needs more user defined settings.
