Great value for money considering this is a gym item. Can be used by almost anyone for a huge range of exercises. What a great way to stay in shape. Everyone should try it!
The overall cost of the item was absolutely minimal for something that potentially can help maintain or restore musculosketal problems. Promotes good posture and so easy to use.
Can be used by virtually any age group of any ability. Does not require additional equipment, just a bit of floor space and devoted time.
There are a huge range of things to do with the ball, and most ideas are readily available in books, given specifically by physiotherapists or can be viewed on the internet.
All in all, a good buy!! - Bad points:
- Somewhere to store it due to its size. To deflate it and inflate for each session would be time consuming not to mention annoying. Although a hand pump is provided, it does take time to inflate the ball but worth the effort once done.

- Good points:
- I'm using this ball as a pregnancy aid - much cheaper than the maternity balls. This ball is great as it's slightly larger than the regular gym balls, therefore good if you're taller for sitting comfortably during pregnancy.
