I hate making calls with the slider open; however, when you have used search within the phonebook to make a call - i.e. used the keypad - the phone disconnects when you shut the slider again. |
The camera is a total let down, if you're taking a photo in a dark room and put the flash on the light its so bright that when the picture is taken you can hardly make out peoples faces for over exposure! The screen motion sensor (automatically rotates from portrait to landscape by sensing motion) is a pain. It decides with slight movement to change to lanscape normally half way though texting, emailing or on the web - very irritating - this can be altered though in the settings. The touch screen drives me demented - the silly little stylus misses the keypad letter so you have to end up deleting and going back to correct errors. Shortcuts are basic...no shortcut to take you immediately to inbox, compose new message, etc Stylus is a pest, should be integrated into the phone rather than just dangling like a a mini lip liner. Its annoying too when you're on a call and it knocks against the phone. When you upload your own music onto the phone you cannot use it as a ring tone (well at least after 4 weeks of trying to figure it out I haven't found a way). I feel in general the general conception/idea of this phone is good however i don't feel as though samsung have actually given practicality of the product any consideration. Samsung just has too much going on in the one phone - sony ericsson have the right idea with the W range and the K range (one that boast great camera & the other boasts great walkman). you have to be anal to ensure that you don't lose the stylus. It usually takes me about a week to get use to this phone but 4 weeks later i hate it! worse phone i've ever had!!! |
I love the styling on this phone. I'm such a girl but I hate all things pink ( so chavy) and this is a good compromise. |
I really hate that the syncing doesn't work with Macs properly, makes me think they don't actually value all their customers. |
If you hate technology you'll hate this phone, a degree of technical know how is needed |
totally fantastic phone, covers everything Im looking for in a phone, always said I would never own a touch screen phone, hated them, but this is fantastic, photos are as good as a lot of digital cameras, very easy to text with, I wouldnt be without it now. |
I hate the letters that come up when you are texting. |
Hate the battery life and the fact that it doesn't have a standard headphone socket. |
creating a message is automatically set to predictive which i hate, you have to remember everytime you write a text to change it. |
THE TOUCH SCREEN OPENED FEATURES THAT I DIDNT WANT TO OPEN AND IT JUST ANNOYED ME,HATED THE PHONE |
Bad camera, hate the predictive text, |
I hate it and no longer use it. I find the key pad impossible it does things on its own. It is not pink it is red |
Eveything else hate the touch screen |
no vista drivers available, i personally hate trying to use any phone for web browsing. |
I absolutely hate it |
HATED THE PHONE SO MUCH I RETURNED IT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECIEVING IT |
Maybe too soon to judge, but battery needed charging before I'd like, considering the little use made. And I hate all the fiddly little buttons, which applies to all such devices, not just this one. |
stylish.. lots of features... wm6 software can be easily added... good camera and media player when configured.. web browsing like using pc... sat nav feature is great... also a good feature is that you can use it as a usb data modem if your broadband goes down... also wifi is a good feature... divx playback is great... but the headphone sound needs to be configured too improve sound... my wife hates it.. says it too my like a pc.. not recommended for the novice... I love this phone once I set it up to work with all the features... one thing I would recommend is gpsgate for using third party sat nav,,, the device as a mobile phone is excellent with back ground noise.. the phone almost eliminates external noise. if you like computers and like tweaking with software to make things better than the manufacturer intended then this phone is brilliant... |
the colour hate red i wish i could of had black red is my least favourite colour :( |
The keyboard is too clicky. It is unresponsive and slow-the phone doesn't always do what I've asked it to. The screen is almost impossible to read when outside in sunshine. The ringing volume does not go loud enough and as a result I would say I have missed at least 50% of my calls. I hate this phone. |
3 things Battery battery oh and battery. ps Cameras a bit poo too and the bluetooth seems highly selective and I hate being tied to I-tunes. Apart from that it gives me much joy. |
I hate it's bettery life |
It is without doubt the BEST piece of consumer electronics I have ever owned. Web brousing is great and the applications downloaded from the App Store is a great touch. I have always hated the iPod ( due to the DRM issues) but I love the iPhone. As proof of the flexibility of this device... I am writing this review on the iPhone. |
this phone has very poor sound on all aspects, the phone sometimes runs slow when using the touch screen, which can be very confusing. the camera is tricky to use and you have to alter pictures to have them as a scrensaver which i hate. trying to switch ringtones to a downloaded song can also be faustrating as it does not always allow you do do so. |
keypad is awful, hate using camera, |
The photos are not to good and it saves sent messages, i hate that! |
i hate the keyboard. It really is horrible - and I don't have big fat fingers... |
i hate the battery life ,and it doesnt have games that are found in the phone |
camera incredibly slow to focus , start up time is appauling with sometimes up to 4 mins before the contacts list is ready for a call to be made, i hate this phone and cant wait to get rid of the thing. |
I HATE PREDICTIVE TEXT!!! Although you can switch this off in localisation, it needs to be done 4-5 times a day - the phone keeps switching back to predictive text. Also, the using the "call" button as part of the lock phone option is also very bad - it is forever starting calls when i am trying to lock the phone. Also, if the phone is in a holder and i take it out when it is wringing, it usually send the caller to voicemail . . . |
I hate the fact that the documents that come with the phone don't give you all the information that you need. Like how do i save birthday onto the phone etc. I don't want to go on the web and find out, it should be in the books supplied with the phone |
Hate the screen and controls |
Hate it, camera rubbish too |
Battery life is terrible. If I use the phone for one call and a few text messages I have to charge it within a day. Love the phone but hate the battery life!!! |
Absolutely hate the colour and had to buy a new fascia to make it look more appealing. There are not as many themes on it as the W800i that I had. |
The software is terrible it keeps freezing and sometimes refuses to answer or finish a call?? I press the buttons but nothing happens. This is quite possibly the worst Nokia i have ever owned. I would not recommend this to someone i hated, thats how rubbish it is! |
I hate the fact that is I start a text message and then cancel it, it saves it everytime!! So I end with a load of draft messages |
the buttons brake, to put it nicely i just really hate the phone my old one with did charge up was better and im back to using that one again. |
Everything you need in a phone! i have been using nokias for a while now, although my last phone was a samsung and i hated it! the features on this phone are excellent! internet, camera, videophone, mp3 player, even gps! you name it, this has got it! |
Far to complex!!!!! I really hate it |
Hate this phone cant get rid of it quick enough but now I am stuck with it until I can affrord another one! NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!!! |
Bad usability, doesn't do what you expect it to and you have to push a lot of buttons before you get to the meny you want. Not intuitive at all. Hate the touch buttons. |
I hate this phone, it is the worst choice of phone I have ever made. I wish I had never invested in it, |
Hate the way the keys are poor to respond when texting. Very herd to text with two thumbs - have to use One thumb nail or letters are missed. |
Fun to use and produces good photos. Like the smiley faces etc. Probably don't yet get the best out of it because I'm a bit of a 'technophobe' and I hate reading instructions particularly as these weren't the easiest to navigate. |
Headphones could be a better fit, but that's just personal preference - I hate the earbud type, as they don't stay in my ears |
hate the motorola lack of common sense in ease of use! |
toch screen is useless really slow! hated it so i swapped it for another phone! i think samsung need to rethink its touch screen. I |
It only has a 2mp camera, but then it is a phone with a camera, not a camera with a phone. If you love great big plastic brick camera phones then you'll hate it. |
The only thing i hate about the phone is the keypad - it's too small! I find txting a nightmare! |
can't email, can't bluetooth can't do anything apart from making calls... Hate the phone! |
I HATE touch sensitive buttons and I didn't realise this phone had them when I bought it. They were not mentioned in the phone description else I wouldn't have bought it. They are a pain when you are a typical man and you have "big thumbs". If this is the way Samsung products are headed, then count me out! |
I hate the fact that you have to go through so many options to be able to send a text message. On my last phone I tped the message and selected the recipient from the phonebook. With this phone I have to type the message, select add recipient, then choose I want it from the phonebook, then scroll through my phonebook. |
No good points, I really hate it and think it has a lot of faults |
Really hate the twanging noises when using the menu |
Hate teh handsfree kit - the system consistently lost teh link to teh handset, which then onvolved pulling the plug on the hands free kit and starting all over again - really poor experience. Key pad pon teh phone is also fiddly and easy to press more than one key. |
The Battery life is a disgrace. I understand that it is like a small laptop but you need to charge it everyday. regardless of use. I would honestly hate to be a businessman who was always on their mobile, they would need to carry around a spare battery and a charger. |
The phone is a masterpiece, I have always hated Samsung phones and returned them within the 14 day cool off period however this phone blows my mind, it is so easy to use. The option to write your text messages on the phone is amazing as it picks up your own personal style quickly. The phone has a great screensize and this makes the internet so easy to use on it. |
There has been 1 thing that i completely hate about this fone is the soft touch (sensored buttons). They have a mind of there own and send txts when u havent asked it to and it rings people when u are looking at ur texts. The other fault i have is the length of digits u have for 1 text message is very short compared with any other fone ive had i usually end up sending 2 texts at a time |
Easy to use some great apps eg local, controversial here but I don't think the battery is that bad consider it can do a lot more than most laptops were battery lasts a few hours at most. Also I don't mind lack of 3.5mm jack, I usually hate using adapters but the supplied adapter with built in mic means I can just plug my prefered 3.5mm headphones in and answer calls while listening to music. Also like tie up with my goolgle mail account and google diary with instant sync. |
I really hate the fact the battery dies so quick. The updates for products brought from the market can gain access to features on the phone which I am not so sure they should be able to. There isn't a flash player. The camera is good but only in sunlight because there is no flash?? Sometimes the navigation ball sticks but comes undone rather easily. |
The main reason for buying the phone was the qwerty keyboard option when texting, I hate predictive text and pressing many buttons for a single letter. Great calender as well and it looks as good as an iphone (well nearly!) without paying stupid money as I am on PAYG. I would buy another one. |
I hate how i have to charge it every day. i have never had a phone that does that until now. |
I hate that i hae to charge the phone everyday without fail! |
the touch screen was difficult to use, over sensitive in some parts and non responsive at other times. I also hate the fact that when I am writing a text and someone else texts me at the same time the phone automatically changes to recipient of the text im writing to the person who just sent me a text.... caused a huge problem !!!! |
keypad!!!!!! terrible flat pad thats hard to text with...........dont like the pad one bit......hate it!!!!!!!!!! |
Camera takes forever to take a picture, by the time it decides to take it you've missed the shot. The software doesn't work with Vista, so I've not used the music player. Maybe I'm old, but I find the features hard to use and the keys are awkward. I keep connecting to the internet. Hate the phone, wish I wasn't tied into the contract, stuck with it for 2 years :-( |
The only thing I hated about this phone is the poor battery life which is a great downfall having to charge nearly every day or two days even if i only use the minimum functions |
