The door on the grill opens a little bit low so is harder to take things out onto the door. It doesn't heat the saucepan handles which is very useful. The oven and grill heat very quickly, and cook evenly. This cooker has a timer and a program to set, which some cookers in this price range don't have.</p><p>When the hob ring is on a low number the ring is dark so if you remove a pan you could forget the hob is on. An indicator light to show the ring is on would be useful. To put the timer on you have to press a button 3 times before you get there. Looks a good solid cooker and the inside is far easier to clean than my last cooker which had a small glass part on the inner door so any splashes went between the two layers of the door. Over all very pleased with it.</p><p>My mistake but I confused the ceramic hob with a halogen hob ( which my last one was ) so I have to put the hot plate on a little earlier to compensate. </p><p></p>
