I especially like that you can easily adjust the top rack and even tilt it higher on one side if you need to put a large item in the bottom rack. It was easy to install (though the pictorial instructions needed careful 'reading' first). it has four feet that you adjust after the machine is put in place- there's a great gadget where you adjust all four feet from the front of the machine- no need for bits of cardboard to compensate for uneen floors! </p><p>the price-ouch! but worth it if it lives up to it's expectations.
